We provide local delivery services within Hong Kong. For overseas shipping, please refer to Overseas Shipping.

Couriers

Local orders are currently delivered via Hongkong Post, SF Express, or directly by Royz Market.

Shipping Fee

Free Shipping on Qualified Orders: Enjoy free shipping on order totals of HK$50 or above.
Standard Shipping Fee: A HK$40 shipping fee applies at checkout for order totals under HK$50.

Delivery Methods

Hongkong Post: The postman will attempt doorstep delivery for the first try. If no one is available to receive the package, a "Mail Collection Notification Card" will be left, and the recipient will need to collect the item at the designated post office with the card. For details, please refer to Hongkong Post Receiving Mail Information.
SF Express (Doorstep Delivery): Delivered directly to your specified recipient address by SF Express. For details, please refer to SF Express Local Delivery Speed Up Service - Terms and Conditions.
SF Express (Self-Pick-Up): You can choose to pick up your order at SF Stores, SF Lockers, or SF Service Partners. Please visit the following pages for self-pick-up locations:

Notes

If you choose SF Express (Self-Pick-Up), please enter the corresponding SF Address Code or Store Code in the delivery address field on the checkout page.
If your package cannot be shipped via your selected delivery method due to weight or size restrictions, we will arrange direct delivery to your recipient address.

Delivery Time

Dispatch Schedule: We will dispatch your items within 3 working days after receiving the order.
Estimated Delivery Time: 1 - 2 working days starting from the dispatch date.

Deliveries handled by third-party courier services may be affected by external factors. Therefore, the above delivery times are for reference only and do not constitute an absolute guarantee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number and direct tracking link (applicable only to delivery methods with tracking services).
