We ship internationally to destinations worldwide. For overseas shipping, please refer to Local Shipping (Hong Kong Area).

Shipping Carriers

International orders are currently shipped via Hong Kong Post. We plan to add more carrier options in the future.

Shipping Methods

Hong Kong Post offers three delivery options: Express Mail, Air Mail, and Surface Mail.

Important Notes

Maximum Weight Limit: The maximum weight limit per order is 30 kg. If the items in your shopping cart exceed 30 kg, no shipping options will be available at checkout. Please split your purchase into separate orders.
Perishable & Short Shelf-Life Items: Perishable foods (e.g., fresh cookies and pastries) cannot be shipped via Surface Mail. If your cart contains short shelf-life items, Surface Mail will automatically be disabled at checkout.
Multi-Parcel Shipments: If the total weight of your items exceeds the maximum allowed package limit for your selected shipping method, your order will be split and shipped in two or more parcels.
Single-Item Weight Restrictions: Single items exceeding 2 kg cannot be shipped via Ordinary Mail or e-Express+. If any individual item in your cart exceeds 2 kg, these options will be unavailable.

Shipping Costs

Product prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, selected delivery method, and the total weight of your cart.

Air Mail Air Parcel Air Ordinary Mail (Small Packet)	10 - 14 days
Surface Mail Surface Parcel Surface Ordinary Mail (Small Packet)	60 - 120 days

Important Notes

Dispatch Schedule: Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Estimated transit times are calculated from the ship date.
Third-Party Carriers: All deliveries are handled by third-party shipping carriers rather than Royz Market. Therefore, estimated delivery times are approximations and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.
Customs Clearance: Customs procedures in the destination country may cause additional delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number and a direct tracking link (available for trackable shipping methods only).
